When you make a booking or enquire with us, we usually need to collect certain information about you which may include dates of birth, any medical conditions, scanned copies of your passport and so on. These are used to operate the tour, for example in obtaining any visa support documents, obtaining travel permits or making flight bookings, and are shared with our local partners in the destination that you visit.
